Q: Are appointments required for GIbbons Ford Quick Lane?
A: Although appointments are encouraged, Quick Lane means same day service. No appointment necessary!

Q: Do you offer shuttle service?
A: Shuttle service is available within a 10-mile radius of the dealership.

Q: Do you provide loaner vehicles while my car is being serviced?
A: Our loaner vehicle service, unfortunately, is temporarily suspended due to lack of vehicle availability. Shuttle service is still available upon request.

Q: Can I get my wiper blades serviced?
A: Yes! If you have a mechanical issue that is affecting your ability to see out of your windshield, bring your vehicle to Gibbons Ford and our trained technicians will inspect and replace your wiper blades and wiper fluid.

Q: Is your service center open on Sundays?
A: Our service center, like our dealership lot, is closed on Sundays. However, we are open on Saturdays from 8AM to 2PM.

Q: Do you sell genuine OEM parts? I don't want to use aftermarket parts on my car!
A: Absolutely. As a Ford dealer, we use only genuine manufacturer parts, installed by manufacturer certified technicians.

Q: My F-150's air conditioning isn't working anymore. Do you service A/C?
A: Yes! We offer diagnostics, service and repair on air conditioning.

Q: The oil is leaking from my Ford Explorer. Do you offer repair service?
A: When you bring your car in to our service center, our technicians will inspect every part of your motor oil system, including the filter, gaskets, seals, and pan. From there, they can install new, official manufacturer parts and replace your old oil and oil filter.
